Why should you raise Scottish Highlands?

The Scottish Highlands have lived for centuries in the remote

Scottish Highlands. The extremely harsh conditions

created a process of natural selection where only the strongest

would survive.

Highlands are very strong and hearty. They are also very docile and easy to train and care for. They are very family orientated and bond easily with their owners.

Highland cattle beef is extremely tasty, low in cholesterol and fat, higher in protein than any other cattle. Some say it tastes similar to bison.

Highlands are very easy calvers as well. They normally produce smaller calves and in general do not have the same calving issues that other cattle do.

This highly desirable breed has seen an uptick in growth since social media. They are very sought after and can vary in price across the country.
